Helen Acree Specialty:  Office & Industrial Background:  Helen joined AWS Commercial Real Estate in January of 2000. Her specialty is tenant representation for small industrial/office spaces under 3,000 square feet. In addition, she represents several multi-tenant landlords in the Miramar and Sorrento area. Her production exceeds 100 leases per year. Helen has been in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years. She began as a leasing agent for Business Properties Brokerage and then worked 10 years for The Hahn Company. It was at The Hahn Company that Helen represented several large super-regional malls in their search for tenants. Helen represented Horton Plaza and North County Fair from the development stage until 100% occupancy. She also represented University Town Centre during their remodel and expansion stages. Helen loves outdoor sports, all animals, and enjoys her free time trail-riding her Arabian horse, "Whiskey".
